Where’s my shirt already? How long does it take to get here?
Your order will usually be shipped out of our doors within 4-5 business days and are shipped priority mail. We currently do not ship internationally.

How do your shirts fit?
Here are the sizes for the standard shirts that we use: Hanes, Gildan, Anvil

Small / 34 - 36"
Medium / 38 - 40"
Large / 42 - 44"
XL / 46 - 48"
XXL / 50 - 52"

Can I exchange a shirt for another size?
Yes, you can exchange unworn and unwashed shirts within 30 days of delivery. Please include all original paperwork that arrived with your shirt and also an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. To get an RGA just email us at sales@thattshirtsite.com and we will get you a number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges that occur during the exchange. We will let you know how much you will need to send for the return shipping when you request the RGA.

Do you take phone orders?
Nope, we do not take phone orders at this time. To help keep costs down we prefer emails. Our email address is sales@thattshirtsite.com.

What name will appear on my credit card?
The name on the credit card bill will appear as ihavetohavethat.com. Ihavetohavethat is our payment gateway.

What type of shirts do you use?
We use high quality shirts from manufacturers such as Gildan, Anvil, Hanes, Bella, and Fruit of the Loom. If there is a brand that you would like to see let us know and we will see what we can do to add it to our product line. Again our email is sales@thattshirtsite.com

Do you offer shirts wholesale?
Sure, just get us your contact info and we can discuss it from there.

I have some T-shirt ideas? How can I share them with you?
Just email it to us at sales@thattshirtsite.com, and we will review it. If we use it, you will get a reward. Sounds peachy, doesn’t it?

Tell me more about the design page.
The design page is really cool. You can design your own shirt on your terms. You can put your own pictures or text on it. Do what you want to do! There are a few conditions for these shirts though… There is a strict no return, no refund policy on all custom shirts. So, be sure that you are choosing the right size, style etc. Our designers will do their best to make your shirt look great, but keep in mind some text will not show up well on certain colors. (ex: Dark grey text on a black shirt) We will do our best to contact you if something will not work, or just will not work right, but be sure to try to design it so it will work well. If you decide to make a shirt with your image, make sure it is large enough to put on a shirt? Other than that, that should be it! Start designing!
